The office staff was prompt and competent. I arrived approximately 20 minutes early for my new patient appointment, had filled out most paperwork on-line, only had to sign yhe HIPSA form and contact info. I was in an exam room 10 minutes after arriving, and finished 10 minutes sfter my sppointment time. Dr Motel was very thorough, competent, and answered questions fully. His assostant was equally thorough. I was completely satisfied with the office visit, treatment and promptness.

The doctor is professional and thorough, yet friendly and appropriately addresses any concerns I may have. Office staff is efficient, courteous and friendly. Never kept waiting; Always seen within 5 minutes of check in, which is much appreciated.
